PROJECT 1

 
 

Project Management services can assist greatly with the overall smooth running of a build as well as keeping it on budget and on schedule. Under the envelope of Project Management further detailed construction drawings will be prepared as well as a complete scope of works document which involves a detailed point by point breakdown of the works to be carried out for building contractors to accurately produce tenders. 

 

 

 

Project Management service involves the following steps: -

 

  • Preparation of schedules supplementing Building Regulation submission/tender inclusion including door schedule, window schedule, ironmongery schedule, finishes schedule, schematic above ground waste layour, sanitary schedule and schematic electrical layout

  • Scope of works document

  • Preparation and issue of tender document to Building Contractors.  Tender document to include prelims, provisional sums, contingencies, working drawings, details, door and window/ironmongery/finshes/sanitary schedules, construction notes, scope of works document, building materials data.  

  • Liaison with Building Contractors during the tender process

  • Analysis and report of tender returns 

  • Preparation of JCT contract

  • Preparation of full contract drawings and specifications 

  • Attend pre-contract meetings with client and contractor

  • Full site inspection and supervision

  • Preparation of JCT interim certificates for stage release of payments to the Building ContractordfgdgPRea
